Hanyang Digitech Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A078350) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 700 million worth of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Shinhan Investment Corp. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize the share price and to improve shareholder value. The share repurchase program is valid until March 12, 2018. As of March 12, 2017, the company had 197,238 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.

The Memory Module segment produces memory devices including dynamic random access memory (DRAM) memory modules used in personal computers, communication equipment, as well as memory modules used in servers.
