Hanjin Transportation Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A002320) agreed to acquire 21.33% stake in Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal Company Limited from Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A117930) for KRW 22.9 billion in cash on July 12, 2016. In the end of 2015, Tan Cang - Cai Mep International Terminal Company reported total assets of KRW 82.5 billion, Total capital of KRW 40.01 billion, Sales of KRW 60.8 billion and Net profit of 5.5 billion. The transaction is expected to close on July 13, 2016.
