AtoSafe Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Hana 27 Special Purpose Acquisition Company from K& Investment Partners, JoyandJpartners Co., Ltd and others for KRW6.5 billion in reverse merger transaction.

AtoSafe Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Hana 27 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A448370) from K& Investment Partners, Joy & J Partners CO.,LTD. and others for KRW 6.5 billion in reverse merger transaction on June 14, 2023. When the merger between AtoSafe Co., Ltd. and Hana 27 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A448370) is completed, AtoSafe Co., Ltd. becomes the surviving corporation, and Hana 27 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A448370) is a extinguished corporation. This will have the effect of listing AtoSafe Co., Ltd., the surviving corporation, on the KOSDAQ market.

The transaction is expected to close on February 1,2024.
