Halyk Bank AO : On JSC Halyk Bank’s interested party transaction

Hereby JSC 'Halyk Bank' (the 'Bank') notifies of the interested party transaction, and in accordance with paragraph 6 of Annex 1 to the Rules on posting the information on corporate events, financial statements and audit reports, list of affiliated persons of joint-stock companies, information about the annual total remuneration of the executive body members approved by regulation of the Board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan No.26 dated 28 January 2016 on the Internet resources of the financial statements depository, stock exchange, and reports the following:

1) date of the transaction: 01 February 2017;

2) subject of the transaction, the parties to the transaction: execution of the agreement on paid temporary possession and use (lease) of disk space on data storage system No. 58 dated 01 February 2017 between JSC Halyk Bank and JSC Kazteleport;

3) date of the transaction approval by resolution of the joint-stock company's authorized body: 23 November 2016.
