This is to inform you that the parent company of Haleon Pakistan Limited (formerly known as GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pakistan Limited) has changed its name from
'GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare B.V.' to 'Haleon Netherlands B.V.'.
Disclosure form in terms of Section 96 and 131 of the Securities Act 2015 is also attached for information.
