Liberty Interactive sold 3,401,003 shares in the transaction. Prior to this transaction Liberty Interactive holds 10,203,010 shares of FTD. In related transactions, Liberty Interactive sold 3,401,003 shares of FTD to Diamond Investment Group, LLC and 3,401,004 shares to an unknown buyer. Wanda J. Abel of Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP acted as legal advisor to Travertine Creek and Renee Wilm and Samantha Crispin of Baker Botts L.L.P. acted as legal advisor to Liberty Interactive. Travertine Creek, Inc. completed the acquisition of 12.008088% stake in FTD Companies, Inc. (NasdaqGS:FTD) from Liberty Interactive LLC on May 31, 2019.
