Jin Jun signed a property rights transaction contract to acquire 6% stake in Shanghai Regal Marketing Promotion Co., Ltd. from Guangdong Advertising Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002400) for CNY 14.31 million on December 30, 2016. Jin Jun was the winning bidder for the acquisition of stake in Shanghai Regal Marketing Promotion Co., Ltd. As of September 30, 2016, Shanghai Regal Marketing Promotion Co., Ltd. had total assets of CNY 51.17 million and net assets of CNY 49.52 million.
