Information on start of reviewing strategic options for the IssuerLegal basis: Article 56. 1 point. 1 of the Act on Public Offering Content of the report:
The Management Board of Grupa DUON S.A. ('the Issuer'), bearing in mind the Issuer's prospects for further development, announces that a decision has been made to start reviewing strategic options in all areas of the Issuer's business activities. At the current stage various strategic options will be considered, including seeking a strategic (industry or financial) investor and maintaining the existing dispersed ownership structure, as well as the conclusion of a strategic alliance, performance of another transaction and also not undertaking any activities.
The Issuer has engaged Rothschild as the financial advisor supporting the Management Board in carrying out the review described above. No decisions connected with the Management Board's choice of a concrete option have as yet been taken, and there is no certainty whether such a decision will be taken in the future.
