A successful transition for the new management team.

In fiscal year 2021, CIOA generated revenues of €12 million (unaudited figures), up 8% on a comparable basis, broken down as follows

• Services: 38
• Industry: 35
• Licenses & royalties: 27%.

The financial year was also marked by the change in the company's headquarters and the regrouping of all activities on a new 6,000 m2 site, as well as by the change in management at mid-year.

This new management, led by Lionel LUCIDE (General Manager), Loïc LUCIDE (Industry Manager) and Yann ZELINE (Operations Manager), has been working on :

• To reinforce the added value of the Group's products and services, in a context of economic recovery, while preserving the strategic vision of their founding parents;
• Develop new operational resources to strengthen the Group's shared platform and pursue the domestic market penetration strategy initiated the previous year;
• To establish new partnerships, particularly financial ones, to give CIOA a new impetus for the years to come.

These different aspects will be communicated in the coming days.
