Gresham Computing plc announced that is it has opened an office on Wall Street. The New York City office at 40 Wall Street is Gresham's second in North America. The new base will complement the company's existing support operations in Denver, Colorado.

The company has also appointed Frank Filice to spearhead its North American sales effort. Filice began his career on Wall Street at the Industrial Bank of Japan, then Eurobrokers Inc., where he was head of the Interest Rate Options desk, and finally in fixed income and foreign exchange trading at Socit Gnrale Fimat. Most recently, Filice was vice president of sales at Axletree Solutions. He has also held sales roles at CAMO Software and Inetsoft Technology. Filice will report into Bill Blythe, global business development director. He will be responsible for supporting existing Gresham CTC relationships in North America as well as winning new business in the region.
