All Movie Japan, Ltd. agreed to acquire gremz Ventures, Inc. from gremz, Inc. (JASDAQ:3150) for CNY 0 on September 22, 2017. Contract conclusion date is scheduled on September 30, 2017. Under the transaction, All Movie Japan, Ltd. will acquire 200 shares. During the financial year ended March 2017, gremz Ventures, Inc. reported net liabilities of ¥26 million, total assets of ¥36 million, sales of ¥79 million, operating profit of ¥10 million and net income of ¥8 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of gremz, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 1, 2017.
