GET(3519TT) reported December 2016 consolidated sales

Green Energy Technology (3519TT) announced its consolidated net sales for December of 2016:

GET sales for December of 2016 were NT$ 758 million, decreased by 23.4% MoM and decreased by 50% comparing to the same period of 2015.

Wafer ASP decreased by small amount in December. The major reason for revenue decrease is, to keep operating profits, GET managed to reduce outsourcing wafer capacity from third-party, and screen orders to serve mainly long-term partners and leading emerging customers with solid financial positions. GET's in-house capacity utilization is over 90%.

Along with potential changing solar markets, trade barriers and financial uncertainties in 2017, GET plans to grow by advancing aggressively new generation high-efficient wafer, and extending downstream module business with subsidiary Gintung, to pursue more profits.
