GREAT FLORIDA BANK NAMES BETTY SODARI COMPLIANCE OFFICER

MIAMI LAKES, FL (February 02, 2012) - Great Florida Bank announced today that it has appointed Betty Sodari, a banking specialist with more than 20 years of experience, as Compliance Officer.
Previously, Sodari served as a VP Compliance Officer at BankAtlantic in Fort Lauderdale, where she was responsible for performing compliance audits, risk assessments and updating policy and procedures. She has also worked at FIS, Intercredit Bank, Bank Hapoalim Private Banking and Ocean Bank.

Sodari earned a Bachelor's degree in Science Business Management from The University of
Phoenix. She is currently pursuing her CRCM at the Institute of Certified Bankers.
