Great Eagle Appoints Lee Siu Kwong, Ambrose as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a Member of Each of Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of Great Eagle announced that Mr. Lee Siu Kwong, Ambrose has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of each of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the company with effect from 28 January 2016.
