Golden Horse Minerals Limited (TSXV:GHML) agreed to acquire Copperhead prospecting tenement located in Western Australia from Vernon Strange and Kym McClaren for AUD 0.3 million on July 24, 2023. The consideration consists of AUD 0.05 million in cash and AUD 0.25 million in common equity. As part of the consideration, AUD 0.3 million was paid towards assets.
