James D. Wehr No Longer Designated Director of the Board of Directors of Global Indemnity Group

On April 13, 2022, the Class B Majority Shareholder notified Global Indemnity Group, LLC that James D. Wehr, a Designated Director of the Board of Directors (“Board”), was no longer a Designated Director of the Board as of April 13, 2022 and that his service to the GBLI Board ended as of the same date.
