Smart Plate, Inc. announced that it has received $11 million in funding from Walden Riverwood Ventures, Austock Group Limited, and other investors

On January 10, 2018, Smart Plate, Inc. closed the transaction. The company has received $1,773,384 in funding in its second tranche, bringing total funding raised to $11,100,000. The transaction was led by existing investor Austock Group Limited (ASX:ACK). The transaction included participation from other existing investor Walden Riverwood Ventures and number of strategic individual investors including Ernst Leib.
