GAUSSIN (EURONEXT GROWTH: ALGAU - FR0013495298), a pioneer in clean and intelligent freight transport, announces the appointment of Emmanuel Parisse, a business executive with international experience, as CEO of GAME, the joint venture created in July 2020 associating GAUSSIN with the Qatari group Al-Attiya.

A graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain, Emmanuel Parisse, 59, brings 30 years of experience in engineering and construction in an international environment. With essential leadership qualities, he brings a mastery of intercultural management to GAME, GAUSSIN's Franco-Qatarijoint-venture.

Emmanuel Parisse was previously Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Entrepose, a subsidiary of VINCI, in Nigeria. Prior to joining Entrepose, he was Administrative and Financial Director with BESIX construction group in Qatar from 2007 to 2013, in Egypt and then in Belgium. Previously, he spent 20 years with Bouygues Construction mainly in France, Belgium, Thailand and South Africa.

An appointment to support GAUSSIN's growth

This appointment of a personality with recognized managerial skills is intended to support the Group in its growth.
