 DIRECTORS' / PDMRs' INTERESTS IN SHARES

As a result of the partial vesting on 19 December 2011 of awards granted on 19 December 2008 under the Company's Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme, Graham Harding's beneficial interest in shares of the Company has increased by 52,139 (comprising the vesting of 118,269 of his Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme shares less the sale of 66,130 of those shares at an average price of 8.5p per share on 16 January 2012, in order to meet the tax liability arising on the vesting of the Award). Graham Harding's total beneficial interest in shares is 334,030 shares, which represents 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
