Sohan Lal Garg and Kriti Jain entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 53.12% stake in Fundviser Capital Limited from Namrata Kapil Jain, Sureshchand Chhotelal Jain and Prachi Dhannalal for INR 35.3 million.

Sohan Lal Garg and Kriti Jain entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 53.12% stake in Fundviser Capital (India) Limited (BSE:530197) from Namrata Kapil Jain, Sureshchand Chhotelal Jain and Prachi Dhannalal for INR 35.3 million on August 25, 2023. As part of the agreement, Sohan Lal Garg and Kriti Jain will acquire 1.96 million shares representing 53.12% stake in Fundviser Capital at a price of INR 18 per equity shares. As part of the agreement, Sohan Lal Garg will acquire 5.02% and Kriti Jain will acquire 48.1% stake in Fundviser Capital.

Namrata Kapil Jain, Sureshchand Chhotelal Jain and Prachi Dhannalal will sell 18.16%, 16.79% and 18.17% stake in Fundviser Capital respectively. The closing shall be achieved within a period of seven (7) days from the date of closing of the Open Offer. Chartered Capital and Investment Limited acted as financial advisor to Sohan Lal Garg and Kriti Jain.
