Function International Public Company Limited has offered its ordinary shares from the capital increase, in the number of 130,000,000 shares through its initial public offering during May 11-13, 2022 at the price of Baht 2.50 per share and the company received proceeds, after deducting expenses related to the offering of such capital increase share, in the total amount of 325 Million Baht. The Company would like to report the use of proceeds received from the offering of capital increase shares as of June 30, 2022 as follow:
