OVERSEAS REGULATORY ANNOUNCEMENT

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Fuguiniao Co., Ltd. (the "Company") published the "Announcement on the Shishi Court's Civil Ruling Papers and Rulings for Enforcement" (the "Announcement") on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 13 September 2018.

As disclosed in the Announcement, the Company was informed recently that Fujian Shishi People's Court issued "Civil Ruling Paper" on the Company's original properties and "Civil Ruling Paper" on the Company's original machineries on 14 May 2018, and issued "Rulings for Enforcement" on the Company's original properties and "Rulings for Enforcement" on the Company's original machineries on 28 June 2018. The main contents of the above-mentioned "Civil Ruling Paper" and "Rulings for Enforcement" are set out in the Announcement.
