On January 29, 2019, Equidate, Inc. closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company now received $85 million pursuant to the transaction.
The company received $35 million in its second and final tranche close led by new investor Münchener Rückversicherungs-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft (DB:MUV2).
