First National Community Bancorp Inc. Appoints Attorney Mary Griffin Cummings as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, as Well as Member of the Company's Senior Management Team

First National Community Bancorp Inc. announced that Attorney Mary Griffin Cummings was appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel, as well as a member of the company's senior management team. Ms. Cummings, a resident of Swoyersville, Pennsylvania, joins FNCB with nearly two decades of legal experience. She spent nine years as General Counsel for Wyoming Valley Health Care System Inc. Prior to that, she spent nine years with Rosenn, Jenkins and Greenwald LLP, first as an Associate and later as Partner.

She will serve as FNCB's in-house counsel and will provide support on general corporate matters, in addition to managing the bank's external counsel relationships.
