Fly-E Group, Inc. is an electric vehicle (EV) company, which is principally engaged in designing, installing and selling smart electric motorcycles (e-motorcycles), electric bikes (e-bikes), electric scooters (e-scooters) and related accessories under the brand Fly E-Bike. It provides e-bikes to food delivery workers in New York City. It has approximately 39 retail stores, including 38 stores in the United States and one store in Canada. The Company also sells its products through its online store at flyebike.com. It has a diversified product portfolio that is designed to satisfy the various demands of its customers and address different urban travel scenarios. It offers 21 e-motorcycle products, 34 e-bike products and 12 e-scooter products. It sources vehicle components from China and the United States, and then assembles them into its vehicles in a leased facility located in Brooklyn, New York. It has produced approximately 4,015 e-motorcycles, 5,980 e-bikes and 2,107 e-scooters.
