(Alliance News) - The board of directors of Finanza.tech Spa announced Monday that it has approved the financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2022, which closed with a net profit of EUR100,000 from EUR465,462 in the same period last year.

Revenues amounted to EUR3.6 million from EUR3.1 million as of Dec. 31, 2021.

Ebitda stands at EUR303,513, down from EUR1.3 million in the previous year.

Ebit was EUR200,617 from EUR512,675 as of Dec. 31, 2021.

Looking to the future, "Based on the agreements signed during 2023 and the company's established position within the national fintech landscape, and the results achieved in the previous year, the continuation of the growth path during 2023 is consolidated, a year in which we expect a further improvement of all industrial, economic and financial indicators," the company announced in a note.

Finance.tech closed Friday down 0.4 percent to EUR1.07 per share.
