An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 4.06% stake in Far EasTone Telecommunications Co., Ltd. (TWSE:4904) from Asia Cement Corporation (TWSE:1102), Der Ching Investment Corporation and Asia Investment Corp. for TWD 3.3 billion on June 4, 2024. The buyer will acquire 40 million shares at TWD 81.88 per share.
