UNAUDITED OPERATING FIGURES FOR THE MONTH ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2021

The board of directors (the "Board") of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that for the month ended 28 February 2021, the sales of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") was approximately RMB3,521 million. The corresponding gross floor area sold was approximately 180,501 sq.m.. The average selling price was approximately RMB19,507 per sq.m..

For the two months ended 28 February 2021, the accumulated sales of the Group was approximately RMB5,815 million. The corresponding GFA sold was approximately 322,404 sq.m.. The average selling price was approximately RMB18,036 per sq.m..
