RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited (the "Company") announces that Dr. Liao Jianwen ("Dr. Liao") has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company and a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Board with effect from 12 May 2021 in order to devote more of his time to his other business endeavours.

Dr. Liao has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Dr. Liao for his services to the Company.
