STRONG PROFIT PERFORMANCE SEES FACILITATE DIGITAL WELL PLACED TO CAPITALISE ON GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES

Sydney, Australia (Tuesday 28th February, 2012)
Facilitate Digital Holdings Limited (ASX: FAC), a global provider of technology used to buy and measure digital media advertising today reported strong profit growth for the six months to December 31, 2011.
Highlights include:

NPAT Increased by 365.7 per cent versus the same half year period last year, from a loss of $0.281m to a profit of $0.748m (an improvement of $1.029m).

NPBT increased by 436.5 per cent versus the same half year period last year, from a loss of $0.229m to a profit of $0.771m (an improvement of $1.00m).

EBITDA improved by 85.5 per cent versus the same half year period last year, from $0.785m to

$1.457m (an improvement of $0.672m).

Despite significant challenges from a continued strong Australian Dollar, and generally softer global economic conditions in Europe, group revenue increased by 6.1 per cent versus the same half year period last year, from $4.021m to $4.268m. Allowing for the effects of currency movements and non-recurring revenues, revenue for the Group increased by 16.9 per cent compared with the same

6 month period last year, from $3.725m to $4.353m. Revenues were also assisted by the
introduction of the R&D Tax Incentive program from July 1 2011.

Revenue from overseas operations increased to 67.7 per cent of total revenue, compared to 63.8 per cent for the prior corresponding period.

Expenses (excluding depreciation and amortisation) reduced by 10.3 per cent over the corresponding period.
CEO Ian Lowe said the result highlights the fundamental strength of the business, in terms of growth, capacity to compete on a global stage, and the potential size of the market opportunity.
Mr Lowe said revenues derived from the licencing of Symphony increased by 35% versus the same six month period for the year prior. This revenue delivered a gross margin of 92%. Furthermore, the recurring revenues derived from the licencing of Symphony have increased from 58% of total Symphony revenue for the six months to December 2010, (the remainder being project and implementation fees), to 91% of total Symphony revenue for the six months to December 2011.
"With multiple deployments of Symphony into Europe, UK, Australia and Asia already under contract, these high margin recurring revenues will grow significantly," he said.
In addition the Company's sales pipeline has developed considerably over the six months to December 2011.
"As media agencies move to automate their digital practices, the Symphony platform in particular is expected to generate strong growth," Mr Lowe said. "Symphony addresses a clear and urgent problem for media agencies as they seek to scale and protect margin. As the leading workflow and trading platform in the global industry, Symphony should acquire significant market share."
