F.C.C. Co., Ltd. rovides Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the First Six Months ended September 30, 2021 and full year ended March 31, 2022. For the six months ending September 30, 2021, the company expected sales revenue of JPY 83,000 million, operating profit of JPY 6,000 million and profit of JPY 4,000 million or JPY 80.49 per basic share.
For the year ending March 31, 2022, the company expected sales revenue of JPY 168,000 million, operating profit of JPY 13,500 million and profit of JPY 9,500 million or JPY 191.16 per basic share.
F.C.C. Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of two-wheeled vehicle clutches and four-wheeled vehicle clutches. The Company operates through two business segments. The Four-wheeler Clutch segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clutch products for automatic vehicles and manual vehicles. The Two-wheeler Clutch segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of clutch products for motorcycles, scooters, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and general-purpose machine clutches, as well as other parts and components for two-wheeler and four-wheeler products.
