VOLUNTARY STRIKING OFF OF DORMANT INDIRECT SUBSIDIARY IN UNITED KINGDOMThe Board of Directors (the "Board") of Ezra Holdings Limited (the "Company" or the "Group") wishes to announce that London Floating Production Limited ("LFPL") a dormant indirect subsidiary of the Company has been voluntary struck off from the Companies House of United Kingdom pursuant to the Companies Act 2006.
The voluntary striking off of LFPL has no material impact on the net tangible assets or earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 31 August 2017.
