Exxaro Resources Limited Announces Appointment of Constantinus Johannes Fauconnier to Audit Committee and Sustainability, Risk and Compliance Committee

Exxaro Resources Limited announced that, Dr. Constantinus Johannes Fauconnier, who was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Board of Directors of the company on 1 November 2013, was subsequently appointed to the Audit Committee and the Sustainability, Risk and Compliance Committee with effect from 29 January 2014.
