(Alliance News) - EuroGroup Laminations Spa reported that it purchased - in the period between December 27 and 29 - 74,220 of its own ordinary shares.
The average unit price was EUR3.905 per share, for a total value of EUR290,000 approximately.
EuroGroup closed Friday's session in the red by 0.5 percent at EUR3.88 per share
