Disclosure of the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

(Marne-la-Vallée, on January 27, 2016) Euro Disney S.C.A. (the "Company") announced today, in accordance with Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code, ("Code de commerce"), the total number of existing voting rights and shares composing the Company's share capital as of December 21, 2015. This was the date when the Company published the first notice ("Avis de réunion") of its Shareholders Annual General Meeting in the Official French Publication Bulletin ("Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires").
