ESR-LOGOS REIT announces Board and Management Changes

Singapore, 1 July 2022 - ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited, as manager of ESR- LOGOS REIT (the "Manager"), is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board of Directors (the "Board") and management team.

The following changes to the Board are effective from 1 July 2022:

  1. Mr. Trent Iliffe will be joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director and will also be a member of the Executive Committee ("EXCO"). Mr. Iliffe, 55, is presently the Managing Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of LOGOS Property Group Limited.
  2. Ms. Stefanie Yuen Thio will be appointed as a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") while continuing as the Independent Chairperson of the Board.
  3. Mr. Jeffrey Perlman will be appointed as the Chairman of the EXCO while continuing as a Non-Executive Director of the Board.
  4. Mr. Ooi Eng Peng, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, will be stepping down from the Board and the various sub-committees after almost 10 years of service. Mr. Ooi has served on the Board since 27 July 2012.

The following changes to the Board were effective from 3 June 2022:

  1. Mr. Nagaraj Sivaram, 63, has joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and is a member of the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee ("ARCC"). He was previously an assurance partner at Ernst & Young LLP and retired from his role on 30 June 2019 after 35 years with the firm.
  2. Mr. Phillip Pearce has been redesignated as an Alternate Director to Mr. Jeffrey Perlman and will continue to guide ESR-LOGOS REIT on its growth strategies.

Following the abovementioned changes, the Board of ESR-LOGOS Funds Management (S) Limited will comprise ten directors, of whom five are independent directors.

The Manager has also announced the following changes to the management team given the enlarged portfolio and the strategic direction of ESR-LOGOS REIT. These changes, effective since 5 May 2022, will enable ESR-LOGOS REIT to continue driving growth as the transition to a New Economy portfolio continues.

  1. Ms. Nancy Tan has been redesignated as the Head of Investment.
  2. Mr. Leong Sai Keong and Mr. Carlvin Chia have been appointed as Co-Heads of Asset Management.

Mr. Adrian Chui, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Manager, said, "We are excited to welcome Trent and Raj to the Board. Trent has a highly accomplished and lauded career in real estate investment and management while Raj brings with him a storied track record in audit assurance especially in the real estate and REIT sector.
