(Alliance News) - ESI Spa announced Friday that it has appointed EnVent Italia SIM Spa as the company's new Euronext Growth Advisor.
EnVent will replace Alantra Capital Markets as of Jan. 1, 2024.
ESI's stock closed Friday up 2.8 percent to EUR1.87 per share.
