Re:	Notification of postponement the dividend payment and / or capital reduction consideration for
	the operation period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund
	(ERWPF)

SCB Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company ("the Management Company") of Erawan Hotel Growth Property Fund (ERWPF) would like to inform the postponement of the dividend payment and/or capital reduction consideration of the Fund for the operation period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022. As the result of the dividend and/or capital reduction from the mentioned operation period is less than THB 0.10 per unit, the Management Company will consider the operation result of mentioned period together with the operation result from 1 July 2022 to 30 September 2022. In this regard, the Management Company will notify the dividend payment and/or capital reduction and book closing date in due course.
