EQT Holdings Limited Appoints James R. Minto as Non-Executive Director, Effective March 1, 2017

EQT Holdings Limited announced the appointment of non-executive director James R. Minto, effective March 1, 2017. Jim Minto FCA spent more than 30 years in Managing Director roles with the Tower group, and was appointed to the Dai-ichi Life Asia Pacific (Singapore) board after they acquired Tower in 2011. Mr. Minto is a non-executive director of AFG Australian Finance Group, a director of the National Disability Insurance Agency and was formerly Chair of the Australian Superannuation Funds of Australia and The Trustee Corporations Association of New Zealand. Mr. Minto will join EQT's Board Risk Committee, Board Audit Committee and the Remuneration, Human Resources and Nominations Committee and will submit himself for election by shareholders at the company's 2017 AGM.
