ENERSIS : CEO, LUCA D’AGNESE, MEETS WITH ENERGY MINISTER, MÁXIMO PACHECO

Santiago, March 05, 2015. This afternoon the Enersis CEO, Luca D'Agnese, together with the Company's President, Jorge Rosenblut, and the Country Manager Chile and Deputy General Manager, Daniel Fernández, held a meeting with Energy Minister, Máximo Pacheco.
After the meeting, Luca D'Agnese indicated that "the purpose of this meeting with the Minister Máximo Pacheco was to get to know him and reaffirm our continuing interest as a Group in the development and security of Chile's energy matrix. Our communication with the authorities has always been fluid and constructive, and this was not an exception".
Enel Americas S.A., formerly Enersis Americas S.A., through its subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities, is engaged in the electricity generation, transmission and distribution businesses in Chile, Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Argentina. The Company operates through two segments: Generation and Transmission, and Distribution. The Company's Generation and Transmission segment operates through companies, including Central Comercializadora de Energia S.A. (Cemsa); Central Dock Sud S.A. (Dock Sud); Central Costanera S.A.
