The partial provisional acceptance for OC ve OD block and its infrastructure works which is located 10622 Block 2 parcel in our company's "İstanbul Şişli Ayazağa 1.Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale" (Maslak 1453), which is under Akdeniz İnşaat ve Eğitim Hizmetleri A.Ş. commitment, has been realized and relevant "Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate" has been approved on 04.01.2017.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
