Emerald Holding, Inc. announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Hervé Sedky to the position of President of Emerald. Mr. Sedky will assume his new role on January 5, 2021. Brian Field, Emerald’s Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sedky brings three decades of experience including, most recently, six years as President of Reed Exhibitions Americas, where he led a business of over 100 annual sector-leading events in North and South America.
Emerald Holding, Inc. is an operator of business-to-business (B2B) trade shows in the United States. The Company integrates live events, media content, industry insights, digital tools, data-focused solutions and e-commerce platforms into three complementary business lines: Connections, Content and Commerce. Its segments include Connections, All Other and Corporate-Level Activity.
