Eften Real Estate Fund III As reported earnings results for the month and nine months ended September 2018. For the months, the rental income was EUR 677,000 compared to EUR 689,000 a year ago. EBITDA was EUR 573,000 compared to EUR 617,000 a year ago. Rental income and EBITDA decreased compared to August mainly due to the upgrading of the tenancy base of Saules Miestas Shopping Center, reconstruction of commercial premises and the related temporary decrease in rental revenue. Net profit amounted to EUR 503,000, including profit from interest rate swap fair value changes in EUR 81,000.  For the nine months, the company earned sales of EUR 6,343,000 (an increase compared to last years + 18%). EBITDA was EUR 5,008,000 (19% more than last year).
