The board of directors of EFT Solutions Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Pang Victor Ho Man has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee of the company with effect from 9 October 2017 due to his other business commitments.
