The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Echo International Holdings Group Limited (the

''Company'') hereby announces that the Processing Factory and Yi Gao Tech production site in Guanlan, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, the PRC will be changed to 深圳市龍 華區觀瀾布新路147號 with effect from 3 July 2017.
