In this year's review, Eastnine achieved 92 points, improving its score by five points from a year before. This scoring firmly places Eastnine in the top 20 per cent of the GRESB global real estate benchmark corresponding to a 5-star rating by GRESB. Among European listed real estate companies Eastnine ranked number 11 out of 90 participants.
