distribution of employee compensation), then after deducting any accumulated
loss, 3.5% of the balance shall be allocated as employee compensation and
the amount allocated shall be used as the current year's expense. The
employee compensation for the years ended December 31, 2021 is
NTD$25,401,848 and it will be paid in cash.
