Star Universal Network Public Company Limited. announced that Mr. Suchai Siripatarakulthon has resigned from Independent Director and Audit Committee Member of the Company, effective from January 15, 2022 onwards. However, the Company will expedite the selection of independent directors and audit committees to replace the resigned directors.
