Eagle Point Income Company Inc. announce the declaration of distributions on shares of the Company's common stock. The Company has declared three separate distributions of $0.125 per share on its common stock, an increase of 4.00% from its previous monthly distribution rate of $0.12 per share. The distributions are payable on each of April 29, 2022, May 31, 2022 and June 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of April 11, 2022, May 11, 2022 and June 10, 2022, respectively.
Eagle Point Income Company Inc. is an externally managed, diversified closed-end management investment company. The Companyâs primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve these objectives by investing primarily in junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) rated BB. In addition, the Company may invest up to 35% of its total assets (at the time of investment) in CLO equity securities and other securities and instruments that are consistent with its investment objectives. The Company may also invest in other securities and instruments objectives such as securities issued by other securitization vehicles. The Company may also invest in other junior debt tranches of CLOs, senior debt tranches of CLOs, loan accumulation facilities (LAF) and other related securities and instruments. The investment advisor of the Company is Eagle Point Income Management LLC.
