DX plc Appoints Executive Chairman to the Company Board

On November 15, 2022, DX (Group) plc announced that Mark Hammond has appointed as executive chairman to the Company board and appointment takes immediate effect and will be an executive position until such time a CEO is appointed to the board, at which point it will revert to being a non-executive role.

This segment specializes in the express delivery of parcels and documents. It provides a specialist exchange network service for legal and commercial documents, as well as for medical specimens.
